Founder
Malcolm Crichton
Malcolm brings two decades of experience in construction and interior fit-out, including ten years delivering projects across the UAE. His career began in the British Military, where he developed the discipline, technical grounding and hands-on approach that still shape how he runs a site.
After leaving the military, he moved into high-end fit-out in Scotland, managing projects ranging from luxury residential interiors to the complete fit-out of a 71-room city-centre hotel in Glasgow. His residential experience spans high-end private residences, from apartment renovations to full ground-up builds of up to 63,000 square feet. In 2016 he relocated to the UAE, where he led high-end commercial interiors and construction packages across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, followed by retail roll-outs for a portfolio of international brands.
Before founding MNM Projects in 2024, Malcolm was Director of Construction for a leading Dubai hospitality group, overseeing venues including La Baia, Frou Frou and Dragonfly. Today he leads the firm’s strategy and client relationships, working directly with owners, operators and investors from first feasibility to opening night.
Partner, Project Delivery and Procurement
Viktoriia Alifanova
Viktoriia specialises in FF&E procurement for high-end hospitality, F&B and wellness projects, with 14 years of experience across construction, estimating and procurement. Known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, she brings both technical and design understanding to every sourcing decision.
Trained in civil engineering and interior design, she holds a master’s degree in urban engineering from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. She began her career preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, before moving to Dubai to manage international sourcing, supplier coordination and project supply.
Most recently, Viktoriia led project procurement and FF&E for a major Dubai hospitality group, managing end-to-end sourcing, commercial negotiations, budget control, bespoke manufacturing and design coordination across luxury venues. At MNM Projects, she oversees procurement from specification through to installation.
